Your sausages are fab (Hot Italian, Breakfast).
You can't even compare them to supermarket stuff-very lean, with tons of flavour.

The bacon is very nice. Not too salty or smokey. Very lean. Thick.

And the pork butt roast I made last night for company got rave reviews.
I cooked it with thyme and wild plums and onion and Clamato.
Added parsnips and carrots for the last 40 minutes. YUMM.
